Company Background

The Archetype has been formed to provide accountancy, business consultancy and management services to small and medium sized businesses. The company was formed by Janita Heaton-Rue in October 2003 and has grown rapidly since then.

The aim is to give a very high level of service to clients. All clients get our full attention and we are able to answer their questions quickly and comprehensively. We were frustrated in practice by not having enough time to go that step further for our clients to make sure that the job is completed to their and our satisfaction, dealing with ALL the issues identified.

We believe that there is a knowledge gap in many small and medium sized enterprises. They cannot afford full-time financial expertise but would really benefit and value someone answering their day-to-day problems. We can fill this gap by becoming a virtual Financial Director.

The Archetype is looking to grow over the next few years to form a network of qualified consultants within the business, offering accountancy, business advisory and managment services.
